F&I Training for Powersports, Automotive and RV Dealerships

Most F&I training teaches a pitch. We train the whole transaction: the menu your buyer actually sees, the handoff that gets them to the desk, and the paperwork that has to hold up afterwards. It is built around your store rather than a generic curriculum.

Why Choose Us

Why the numbers slide back after a seminar

A day in a conference room lifts production for about a month. Then it settles back to where it started, and the store concludes that training does not work.

The training usually did work. It just arrived on its own. A seminar covers the presentation and leaves the menu, the handoff and the paperwork exactly as it found them, and a better presentation delivered into an unchanged process produces a short spike and nothing durable. That is a gap in what was sold, not in the people who sat through it.

The other half of it is that the seminar taught a script, and a script only survives contact with the customers it was written for. Powersports buyers are not RV buyers. A twelve year term on a towable is a different conversation from a weekend unit financed over thirty six months, and a rep trained on one and dropped into the other will read the room wrong.

What We Offer

What the F&I training actually covers

We work through the parts of the transaction that decide the number, in the order the customer meets them.

The menu

What is on it, what it costs, and whether the order it presents in matches how your buyers decide. A menu assembled from whatever the provider supplied is the single most common thing we rebuild.

The handoff

The stretch between the sales desk and the F&I office is where most gross is lost, and it is almost never anybody's job. We make it somebody's job and give them the words for it.

The presentation

Not a script. A structure your people can run in their own voice, with the disclosure done properly, so it survives a buyer who asks an unexpected question.

The paperwork

Signed correctly the first time, in a way that holds up wherever the unit is delivered. See compliance for the paperwork side of this.

Our Process

How we work with your store

Training that lands is training that stays after we leave, so the material becomes yours rather than ours.

  • We train on YOUR menu and YOUR system, not a demo version of either
  • Your people keep the material, so a new hire starts on day one instead of month three
  • We work the process alongside the presentation, because the presentation alone does not hold
  • What we find in the assessment is shared with you whether or not you hire us
  • Follow-up is against your own numbers, not against a benchmark from another market

Common Questions

Questions dealers ask

Do you train on our menu or your own?

Yours. A menu we built in the abstract is a menu your people have to translate on every deal, which is exactly the friction that makes training wear off. If the assessment says the menu itself is the problem, rebuilding it is part of the work rather than a separate engagement.

Does this work for a single-point store?

Yes. The size of the store changes how many people are in the room, not whether the process behind the desk is sound. A single point with one F&I manager often sees the change faster, because there is no second office quietly doing it the old way.

We sell powersports and RV out of the same building. Is that a problem?

No, and it is more common than people assume. It does mean the training has to cover two different buyers rather than averaging them into one, which is the failure mode of a generic curriculum.

What happens to the training when someone leaves?

The material stays with the store. That is the point of handing it over rather than keeping it. Turnover in the F&I office is the normal state of the business, and training that walks out with the person who received it was never worth what you paid for it.

Start with what your office is actually doing

An assessment looks at the menu, the paperwork, the handoff and the numbers, then tells you what we found. If the answer is that your process is sound and you do not need us, that is what we will say.
