Six lines of work
What We Do for Powersports, Automotive and RV Dealers
Training, protection products, profit participation, income development, claims support and compliance. They are sold separately and they work on the same problem, which is that the front end is thin and the money is made after the handshake.
Most of this only works together
Stores usually come to us for one of the six. That is a reasonable place to start, and it is rarely where the problem sits on its own.
Better training presented against a menu built by somebody else produces a short lift. A stronger menu sold by people who were never taught the handoff produces the same. Profit participation on a book of products with poor claims behavior turns a provider's problem into yours. The pieces are separable, but they are not independent, and an engagement that treats one of them in isolation tends to give back its gains within the year.
So we start with an assessment across all six, then work on whichever ones are actually costing you.

The six
F&I Training
Most F&I training teaches a pitch. We train the whole transaction: the menu your buyer actually sees, the handoff that gets them to the desk, and the paperwork that has to hold up...
Protection Products
Service contracts and coverage across all three markets, priced so the menu sells at the desk and still holds up at the end of the term.
Profit Participation
Structures that let the store earn on the products it sells, not only on the commission booked the day the unit is delivered.
Income Development
Who you hire into the F&I office, how you pay them, and how you tell whether any of it is working.
Claims Support
The part of the product your customer actually experiences. Everything else about a protection product is a promise; the claim is where they find out whether the promise was real.
Compliance
Compliance is not a department here. It is a property of a deal that was written correctly the first time, in a way that holds up wherever the unit is delivered.
Start with the assessment
We look at the menu, the paperwork, the handoff and the numbers, then tell you what we found. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.
