What an assessment involves

It is a look at real deals in your building, not a questionnaire. We go through the menu as your buyer sees it, the paperwork as it is actually being signed, the handoff between the sales desk and the box, and the numbers the office is producing against your mix.

Then we tell you what we found. Sometimes that is a list of things worth changing. Sometimes it is that your process is sound and the problem is somewhere else in the building, which is a useful answer even though it is not one that sells an engagement.

Before you write

We work with single-point stores and with groups. If you are not sure whether your store is the right size or the right market for this, ask anyway; that is a quicker conversation than guessing.

Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Enquiries that arrive outside them get picked up the next working day.
